3. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item due to damage, defect, or incorrect delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will replace the item at no additional cost.
4. Shipping Costs
- Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
- Refund on Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
